Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to many records, but the correct custodian depends on the record type. Polk County court case files are handled through Missouri Case.net and the Polk County Circuit Clerk, Tiffany Phillips, at the courthouse in Bolivar. Marriage licenses and certified marriage copies are handled by the Recorder of Deeds. Jail roster, incident-report, most-wanted, and sheriff records come from the Polk County Sheriff's Office. Traffic points and driver histories come from Missouri DOR, not the court clerk.
Polk County uses Circuit Court as its local trial court label. The county is in Missouri's 30th Judicial Circuit, and the state structure is different from states that use district clerks or county courts as the main trial-court file office.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
